Always call or email our office and check availability before planning your visit.
You may hold a room(s) for 5 days at any time prior to one month of the first night of the booking. Within that month your reserved room will be released unless confirmed by you.

Please confirm your booking in writing. Your booking will be confirmed by letter or email on receipt of 50% non-refundanble deposit for one night bookings or the first night's room rental for longer stays. The outstanding balance should be made in euros, cheque (which maybe drawn against a French Bank Account) or credit card upon your arrival in Berlou.

Deposit payment can be made by credit card over the phone.
An additional 3% will be added to the published price for credit card payments.
